Sunday Morning Worship! Have You Recevied?
🔥 GHOSTED: Rediscovering the Holy Spirit — “Have You Received?”
Is there more to the Christian life than simply believing? In Acts 19, Paul asked a group of disciples a powerful question: “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?”
This Sunday, we’re continuing our Ghosted: Rediscovering the Holy Spirit series by looking at the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and the power Jesus promised to His people.
Just as Apollos was teachable and received a fuller understanding of the things of God, we should never become satisfied with only what we have known or experienced. John pointed beyond his own baptism to Jesus—the One who “will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.”
Jesus didn't tell His disciples to begin the mission in their own strength. He told them to wait until they were endued with power from on high. The same Holy Spirit who empowered the early church is still moving, filling, gifting, and empowering believers today.

🔥 There’s more to learn.
🔥 There’s more to receive.
🔥 There’s more to release.
The Christian life was never meant to be lived through human strength alone. Jesus promised power from on high so that His church could be witnesses not merely with persuasive words, but “in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.”
Join us as we open the Word and ask the question Paul asked nearly 2,000 years ago:
“Have you received?”
Come hungry. Come expecting. There is more of God available than we have settled for.
